This policy explains how we process your personal data, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

What we collect

• When you order or write to us: name, phone number, email, delivery address, city, the products ordered and your messages.
• When you browse: technical and audience data (pages visited, device, approximate location, how you found us), through Google Analytics.

Why

• to process, confirm and deliver your order, including a call or WhatsApp message to confirm it (needed to perform the sale);
• to answer your questions and handle returns and complaints;
• to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations;
• to measure the audience of the website and improve it (Google Analytics).

We never sell your data and we do not send advertising without your consent.

Who receives it

Only what is needed, to: the delivery company (name, phone, address, amount to collect); our host Hostinger; our email provider; Meta (WhatsApp) when you use WhatsApp; Google (Analytics, Search Console) for audience statistics. Some of these providers store data outside Morocco (European Union, United States). These transfers are made under the conditions set by articles 43 and 44 of Law No. 09-08.

How long

• Order data: as long as needed for the order and after-sales service, then 10 years for accounting documents, as required by article 22 of the Commercial Code.
• Contact messages: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
• Audience statistics: kept by Google Analytics for the period set in our account (14 months maximum).

Your rights

Under articles 7, 8 and 9 of Law No. 09-08, you can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing for legitimate reasons. Write to orders@maghrebjerseys.shop, with proof of identity. We reply within the legal time limits. You can also file a complaint with the CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel — www.cndp.ma).

Cookies

• Necessary cookies: cart, checkout and your language. They are needed for the site to work.
• Audience cookies (Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_*): they count visits and show which pages are viewed. They last up to 2 years. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We use no advertising cookies.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to order data is limited to the people who handle orders.
